In our opinion, customer is just similar to our God so with the thinking this we made our easy return policy. Here are the points below:
Conditions of full refund:
- If you want to cancel your order within 3 days from the date of ordered the product.
- If you does not like the product when it will received by you. You can send it back to us in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date you place your order. Refund will be issue after item received by us. Shipment charges have to be paid by the customer.
- If your receive damaged condition item (you need to notify us, as you received the item within 3 day with damaged product picture.
- If you never received your order after more 7 business days from expected delivery date mentioned in the shipping method (that time it is depends on you choise, you want refund or want same product again).
- If you received wrong item or wrong size or wrong color product differ from you given order.
How to return the item:
First you need to notify us, then we will send you return form. After submitting the form, you will wait for our instructions. It is very important to write “Jaipur Gems Stone” and your order number on the envelope. Don’t forget to send us the tracking number so we can find your return and refund you.
Conditions of partial refund:
- If you want to cancel your order after 3 days from the date you ordered the product. That time we will charge you of some cost of expended labor charges.
- If your order value is less than $100.00 and you want to return it you need to pay custom clearance charges what we will deduct from your refund.
- If you receive little damage condition product like locking issues, stone comes out, plating issues what can be done at their own city and you can get it done, we will issue partial refund to you.
Not refunding conditions:
- If you give custom order the refund policy will not applicable on this issue.
- We regularly send order production pictures, stone quality pictures and notify customer if any issue comes, if you approved them time to time even then you want to return it , refund will not allow.
- If your product is less than $20.00 value. Because custom charges are much higher than product value.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was “Delivered”, this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. “Delivered” items that have not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered.
- If your returning product looks like it is used by someone or damaged by you.
